I am very pleased with this host. After trying other web hosting sites with no luck, I am very pleased that this site almost everything I need! The site was very easy to use and was very customizable. The site does not require you to know any coding at all and was very affordable. One could easily pay for the hosting with some ads. In all, WebHostingHub is a great web host!

I really like your company a lot. Services offered are great, technical support is really excellent.
The only thing I’d like to see if a monthly billing for services instead of annual billing. For multiple domains, it might be a good way to go.

Within maybe five minutes (!) of submitting a ticket about a problem I was having removing a domain, I got a response from WebHostingHub tech support. I was most impressed, not just at the promptness of the response, but the content. The technician had actually gone to my account and investigated the problem, and then immediately gotten back to me. This is truly the most impressive web hosting support service I’ve encountered in 15 years.

Technical Support response is fantastic! My problem was a third-party issue, yet I was given a link to a microsoft support page that helped me fix my problem quickly. Thank you! The control panel is great and everything about my account is easy to understand and use.

I am in Australia with a different time zone. The technical staff at WebHosting Hub were the only ones available to get me authenticated to be able to launch my account and then stayed on the line helping me for hours to upload my first website. I did this through Chat & was blown away with the courteousness of everyone I spoke to and their willingness to go the extra mile to help me. I have only had to call support once and they were able to determine the problem quickly which wasn’t their server problem and give me suggestions on how to solve it. It was quick and easy and support is 24/7 which is great for someone like me who works when the kids go to bed.

Servers were down for a couple of hours yesterday. Phones were busy (unable to connect) but online chat customer support was reachable. However, no information was given, only that they knew of the problem.
Now today on a simple domain name swap (primaryparked) customer support simply gives you the instructions in an email (even when you call in) and you have to do everything, including reloading all your email back onto the imap server after they make you remove it.

Great Company, Great Service at a Great Price! Is a pleasure doing business.
Registation of the hosting and domain name was easy as.
Customer Service promptly provided me with everything i needed to get my website up and running.
After a small downtime problem yesterday, which Technical Support had acknowledged and replied to my inquires within 30minutes. Was backup within no time at all
I didnt take advantage of their Webpage Builder or Templates as i have coded my own, so i cannot comment on that aspect of their service. But im sure its very easy and basic for newby web designers wishing to get started.

I did a lot of research before going with WebHostingHub. So I was pretty much sold on them before I even talked to them. Once I made my decision, I was very happy to find that they are every bit as good as they say.
I needed an easy, fast way to get on-line. I have created my own web site in the past, but I’d forgotten most of what I thought I learned. Their site-building wizard is very easy to use. The learning curve is not steepat all! As I use it, I find much of what I “knew” is coming back and soon I will be able to get a bit more creative on my own.
The people I spoke with both on the phone and by chat have been extremely helpful, friendly, and encouraging. Although their pricing is very enticing, it is the “people factor” that is their primary asset.

After my experience in the past two weeks with another hosting service, I was amazed at how customer centric these guys are. Everything was in place for me to upload to in less than 15 minutes. This includes me contacting them to be verified.
The only improvement they could do is to offer a free congratulatory soft drink.
