Justhost has been the subject of a lot of criticism recently, mostly about their uptime and their reliability. I have been using Justhost for a little under a year, and I can say that I am not satisfied with the service that I received. I was disappointed to find that a lot of the time my website that was being hosted under Justhost was going offline, which was very unexpected. Reliability of this host is a huge flaw that will need to be addressed before I purchase a hosting package from them again. I have been a customer at several webhosts in the past so I know what to expect from a good host, and in my opinion, Justhost is not a good host at the moment.
My site was at a crucial stage, and visitors had started to come in large numbers, when my website would often appear to be offline. This was incredibly aggravating, considering the stage that my website was at, at the time.
On a more positive note, Justhost’s cPanel was relatively easy to use and navigate, which was pleasing. I found that uploading and downloading files from their servers was a relatively easy a fast process. In addition the cPanel came equipped with many templates that you could use for your website, which was also interesting. In addition to the templates, I received around $150 in credit for advertising programs such as Google AdWords. Although I only used a few of these vouchers, I was still pleased to have received them. In addition, I found that the price for the hosting was very respectable; however, one could argue that this is because of the poor reliability that you receive!
In conclusion, to me, Justhost is a relatively poor host, with their biggest flaw being their reliability and uptime. However, the ease of use of the cPanel and the price compensate for this.

There is a lot of talk about Justhost in the internet lately. More specifically, there's talk about their uptimes & customer support. I have been a customer of theirs for almost a year now and I will say this: they are the best.

The former may seem like a bold statement, but it isn’t. I have been a customer for most webhosts available and my experience with the rest of them has always been mediocre at best.

The fact of the matter is that, for me at least, Justhost worked from the beginning and it just keeps on working. There’s only one thing I ask for when looking for a webhost: reliability. And sure enough, Justhost is pretty reliable.

As any webmaster will know, uptimes are crucial for the success of your site. Once you begin to bring in big streams of visitors to your site, most webhosts will shut you down without notice. This is not the case with Justhost. I am happy to say that according to my website statistics I have pretty great uptimes, not to mention that most visitors keep coming back because my site is always available.

This positive experience is reassured even further with the help of the deservedly popular cPanel. I can’t tell you how easy it is to update your site, create email accounts for your domain, check your site’s statistics and even design the site from scratch using of the many available templates.

I should also mention that you get over $100 dollars in credit for web ads for a handful of sites, which is incredible because you’ll spend only over $3 dollars a month for this incredible webhost service. Take note that in case that you have ANY problems at all with your sites, their customer service is fast and responsive.

I’ll wrap up by saying that my webhost experience has yet to be bested. The cost/benefit ratio is too good to pass up and you should sign up to Justhost if you want the best of the best.

Looking for a good hosting service, then here is JustHost for you. Offering a wide range of services at a very affordable price and the general impression of Just Host from a customer point of view is that they are among the top hosting companies. Talking about the price, the charges are very low for the service provided and any newbie who is in need of a great service with a tight budget can look for Just host. You also get to enjoy all the benefits like control panel and one click installs at the same price.

The next great thing about this hosting service is that they are 100% reliable and 99.9% uptime is guaranteed. They also provide better load balancing which means that your website will be available all the time even if a server fails. The customer support provided by this hosting service is also unique and is available 24/7, which means you can expect a reply as quickly as possible.

In spite of having so many credits to its name, the only drawback or the so called drawback which some people personally feel is that this hosting service is relatively new and this sometimes affects the traffic to the website hosted. Overall, JustHost is a reliable and a better hosting service.

I have been using JustHost for a while for a couple of my websites. So far my least favorite thing about them is their control panel. It's clunky and a little bit hard to navigate. They are using terminologies that is quite different than what most of the webhosts are using. You can almost do everything from the cpanel such as managing all of your billings, domains, usage details, scripts, emails and users.

JustHost's activation process is somewhat unpleasing in my experience as a beginner, and definitely not sleek. Though the whole process is simple for a client, when you throw in the free domain registration. The good thing is that they send all the informations you need to get started which is very handy if you are new to puting up websites. At first, the emails are a little bit overwhelming but once you get the hang of it, it does make sense and is very helpful.

Uptime and customer support has been very good. For my basic needs, I only had to contact customer support once and I received a reply within a few hours. Bottomline, for a simple site that needs a lot of space and bandwidth, JustHost is probably as good as it gets.

I think justhost shared package is the best solution for mini websites and for blogs that don't have over 2000 unique visitors per day. If your site have over 2000 unique visitors per day then you should upgrade your justhost to a vps package. The uptime is good but not the best, i found my site down many times in the last mont, but i think they had a problem only that month because i didn't hit that problem again. The price is verry good, they give you a free domain , a good webhosting so in my opinion you must try justhost because it is the best.

Just host is one of the webhosting providers that surprised me. The low price and feature packed plan that they offer seems too good to be true.

However, they managed to keep up to their promise and made me a happy and loyal customer. Throughout the entire year, I have had less than a handful of problems. Most were solved almost 5-10 minutes upon contacting their help through their 24/7 live support.

In general, I truly recommend Just Host to anyone, not just novice who wish to get themselves a hosting, but even experienced webmasters - give them a shot.

If they would be able to provide VPS or dedicated servers, it would provide more flexibility and increase customer numbers as well.

I am currently using JustHost shared hosting for my blog eZaroorat.com and can recommend it to anybody without a second thought. Server uptime is fantastic and the speed is just amazing. I can’t but love their user-friendly web hosting control panel loaded with Fantastico, back up options and lot other tools. I am also enjoying the free email IDs without any problem (I use Thunderbird to manage my mails). Little disappointed about the quality of their chat support but that does not have much impact on my work as I use their world class support ticket system, if at all required. On the whole, I would say – an excellent host, go for it.

JustHost is a great web host for most types of users. Their service is affordable (especially with the massive discounts they offer) and uptime is almost 100%. I initially had a lot of hosts in mind, but narrowed down to JustHost due to the vast variety of features along with the extra Google credits thrown in which helped me jump start my website and put off buying adsense credits for a little longer.

Maintainance of your account is extremely easy, the interface is fast and everything is where it should be. The only complaint I have is the rather slow and clumsy consumer support. It took me 4 days to set up my account due to different support staff giving me contradictory instructions. They need to stick with only one support staff member per customer instead of getting multiple representatives to interact with a customer.

Apart from that, excellent service with quick domain transfer from another domain site. It handles peak traffic extremely well even in the shared hosting plan.

Overall, 9/10 with the only let down being customer support.

I'm currently using JustHost for 2 websites and everything goes well, the price is really low and the customer support is really impressive. They ALWAYS answer me in 18 minutes, and for every kind of problem they've got a solution. Then you have a great cpanel with "fantastico" full of features. What else?

I've been using Just Host for a month. I needed a host for my Wordpress blog, since Wordpress does not allow you to publish ads without it. Just Host was among the list of host services that supported Wordpress. I picked it because its price was (at 3.45/month) more reasonable than the others-which provided pretty much the same stuff. Plus Just Host offers unlimited storage. The only downside is that downloading software can be a little tricky at first since you have to write directory names and you might only get it right after trying a couple of times. But other than that, it is very practical and I am thinking about prolonging my membership after my 6 months is up. It is my first host and I am not exactly web-savvy so I am pretty happy with the tutorials they offer.
This web host is good if you are on a tight budget and you don't really know your way around building websites.
