I have not encountered any problem with them. Their control panel is easy to use, just like any other hosting companies that I have been with. The fantastico script simply installs everything correctly and fast as needed. I used their support only once and actually it was my mistake as I forgot that new domains need time to propagate and I was asking them why it doesn’t display the main page correctly. Their support is very friendly and fast. One of the reasons why I chose Hostpapa is because they are “Green”, and I would like to do something to save the earth.
