I used to really like Hostican, but they’ve just been sold to a new and much worse company. The new owners are heavy on salesman, slim on tech support. That alone should tell you all you need to know to look elsewhere.
Hostican have taken all day to respond to a simple issue which before took less than 5 minutes. I haven’t been able to access my WHM or Cpanel all day, despite supposed attempts to fix it
I am working to immediately find another reliable hosting site, as it is clear that Hostican is no longer the good company they were previous to the acquisition.
If you value your business and can’t afford to be down for hours during the day, please look elsewhere for reliable hosting with good tech support. From now on, Hostican will now be running on past reputation.

HostICan is decent performer but their ethics and how they handle customers is beyond poor. HostICan refuses to honor its “30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” as defined here: http://www.hostican.com/whyus/guarantees.php and refund the money for the services they never provided. I was first directed towards HostIcan.com a short while ago, when my friend signed up and began telling me about HostIcan.com’s reliability. I thought I’d give it a go and sign up, since the prices are very low so money wasn’t an important factor I was worrying about. However, I was slightly skeptical, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. The level of control that they give their customers over their own space is magnificent. I’m not the best when it comes to computers; however it was easy to use.
When contacting HostIcan.com, they responded extremely fast and with a professional and friendly manner. The staff members I spoke to were both very helpful and did their very best to help me with my situation. I am extremely happy with HostIcan.com and the treatment I have received being a customer. I have been made to feel valued and appreciated, and the mere fact that they show that they have time for their customers, is just another reason why I’ll be sticking with HostIcan.com indefinitely!

I host a couple of web site through HostICan. I really like the customer support. They are quick to answer tickets and phone calls. They are a great host that I am proud to recommend!
