Does iPage offer a money back guarantee?
In order to get customers to sign up with them and to prove that they offer a great service, a lot of web hosts will offer some form of money back guarantee policy. This means that you can often sign up with them and if you are not happy with the service they provide within a certain amount of time, then you are able to get your money back from them. iPage do offer a money back guarantee service but there are of course terms and conditions.
iPage will offer to give you your money back for their web hosting plan if you are not entirely happy with the service that they provide. Unlike many web hosts, there is no time limit on when you can apply to get your money back. You could ask for your money back at any point during your contract with iPage and they will refund the remainder of the money you paid. Of course, they will not refund the money for the time you have already used their services, but they will refund the money for all of the time after you cancel. Also, if you cancel in the first 30 days of signing up to them, they will give you a full refund of the entire amount you paid to them, no questions asked.
